The hiring pipeline wasn't built for 500 million people
Roughly 500 million people will enter the global workforce by 2030. A lot of them will hit the same wall: a resume an ATS throws out before a human ever sees it, an assessment that tests the wrong thing, or a skill gap nobody flagged until it cost them an offer. 78% end up in jobs below what they're actually capable of. That's a tooling problem, not a talent one.
We're building software to close that gap. ApplicantSpace, Project Vertex, and NextStep each target one part of it, and most of the people building them have been through the problem themselves.
How the pipeline works
This is where new hires and new product ideas both come from. It's internal — the only public entry point into it is the internship track below.
Internal internships
Early-career engineers work directly in the ApplicantSpace, Project Vertex, and NextStep codebases from day one.
Startup Factory
We cover hosting and infra for strong internal projects and push them to production. All three of our products started here.
Industry mentorship
Engineers and managers from TCS, Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, and Bosch review our roadmap and our people.
Gen AI build sprints
Internal workshops that keep the team current — the output is shipped product improvements, not certificates.
National hackathons
Our products get stress-tested against outside builders before they reach a single paying user.

NCS Labs
NCS Labs is where we prototype before anything hits the roadmap — early, often rough experiments in AI-driven hiring tools. A few of these turn into Project Vertex or NextStep. Most get quietly shelved, which is normal for this stage of work.
